You know the story— a bunch of hot people get a TV show contract and show up to a closed set to spend a few weeks getting hot and bothered over the available bachelor/ettes. Now, forget that story.

Your character has been asked or forced to appear on a televised game show for the pleasure of an interdimensional audience. They must find love, or at least fail at it entertainingly enough for the audience to not vote them off the show! Perhaps elimination will mean death, or maybe it'll just send them to the Loser Corner* where there are no cool drinks but also no more pressure to fuck.

Whatever flavor of game show you prefer, this meme is for a Love Island style drama— or perhaps even getting around the jealous love triangle vibes and sabotaging by romancing the whole cast. The world is your oyster.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put a top level up. Describe what vibes you're looking for, as well as any key permissions. Don't be afraid to ask questions or brainstorm what kind of game show you want to play with. Hit each other up, and get your love game on.

GAME SHOW VIBES

A. Low Stakes: You *probably* agreed to be here, or otherwise aren't being threatened with death or the like. You're just here to find love! Maybe there's nobody for you back home or perhaps you just reached the end of your story, but you're absolutely game for the opportunity to catch feels on the other side. Maybe it's the type of show where you don't get sent home early, but all have to make it to the end together! Or maybe there's some "Second chance" situation on the Loser Corner. Whatever it is, it's a Love Vibe, low on the horror.

B. Fuck or Die: It's one of Those Games. You've got to make niceys with your cast— one or all of them— if you don't want to get eliminated, whether that's the literal or metaphorical sense. Elimination may lead to a Loser Corner set where there are fewer provisions for the cast, where people have to fight to survive, or maybe they're actually straight up dead and hanging out as ghosts. This is your fuck-horror option. Or maybe just a romance-horror option? up to you!

C. Fuck AND Die: JUST KIDDING. You're not allowed to make love on this show, even if you fall in it! You want that prize money? Then you've got to resist saucy scenarios, one-bed setups, and all sorts of aphrodisiacs with a cast that really butters your biscuit. If you can resist the urge to get jiggy with it, maybe you'll survive! Or win money! But aren't some risks worth taking...?

D. Catch 'Em All: You're on a show where you're not just supposed to love one— you've gotta connect with all! Maybe you won't actually fuck the whole cast, but the crew is counting on you to make TV-worthy connections with everyone, and they're willing to pull whatever bullshit challenges it takes to get that chemistry going.

E. Variety: Like multiple prompts above? Have a totally different idea? Go for it! Reference your favorite trashy dating shows!

SETTINGS:

I. Island! There's a Cool Fun Island and a Not So Cool Island for losers! Sure, this usually means tropical, but there's other kinds of islands out there too. Either way, you're thinking outdoorsy vibes and outdoorsy seclusion, with lots of places to explore.

2. Hotel! Or Mall, or Other Building! Basically, you're stuck indoors together, in a modern and urban chic setting.

3. Futuristic! Better hope there's not an impostor, because you're all the way out in space. Maybe it's a cruiser or perhaps it's an entire space station. This show just went intergalactic!

4. Town! You're trapped in some cute little village somewhere made just for this. Maybe there's even farmland! What challenges will there be?

5. Other! There's probably a million settings you could come up with, so don't limit yourself to these.

PROMPTS & IDEAS

1. The Intro: You arrived at orientation together, and by circumstance or intent, you've reconvened after the days festivities. You barely know each other; maybe you can catch up in a secluded area around the set.

2. The Challenge: You're not just here to date, you're also here to do wacky partner activities together to bond! Pick a partner and get to rock climbing or bumper cars or synchronized swimming. You'll probably win a really cool prize if you do!

3. The Date: Speaking of cool prizes, maybe one of them is the chance to go on an actually nice date with a partner of your choice! Is this your first time together, or have you been trying to go steady as the days go by?

4. The Drama: Tensions are likely to run high in a setting like this! Are your characters beefing over a shared love interest, or has there been something as dramatic as a murder? All's fair on intergalactic television.

5. The Confession: Tensions are high, but the stakes have just gotten higher; you're in love, and you're ready to make it known, whether it's for the sake of your feelings or for a strategic move forward in the rankings. Do you make your feelings known in front of everyone, or steal away for a special moment?

6. The Sex: The easiest prompt. Do they get it on? You figure it out.

7. The Victory: Congrats! You've made it to the end! What does this mean for you and your thread partner? Is it time to have a hard chat about whose world to run away to? Are they stuck in this world together forever?

8. The Extra Episode: Think of a scene that's not included here? Roll with it! Wildcard it!

Maya is great at acting like a big sister to others, even if they're actually older than her. With a healthy combo of doting and teasing, she defaults to assistant mode and does her best to take care of those under her charge. She also just loves having friends to interact with; she's only been REALLY interacting with the outside world since she was 17 years old. She tends to avoid forming super deep relationships in canon though, staying superficial and sweet, and generally avoiding divulging her backstory to people who aren't Phoenix. She is fiercely loyal to her friends and will defend anyone she believes is being wronged.

Cater is great for superficial friendships as well, since he wants to keep people at arm's length. he accommodates a large number of personality types and can always be a bright and shiny happy boy when the situation calls for it. he isn't impervious to growing more attached to and protective of others but struggles to confide even in his closest friends.

Leona wants to be a loner and on top of that is somewhat poorly socialized as a prince, making deep connections rough to maintain with him, as his attitude tends to push others away. he needs friends who can see past his attempts to force distance. once you're one of his, though, you're always one of his.

ORTHO is also a bit poorly socialized but in a much different way. His primary function is as a health assistant and once he likes you, by GOD does he want to keep you alive. he is intensely curious and wants to learn more about the world and his friends, which can make him a bit domineeering with them at times.

ROMANTIC

~all of these characters will fall in love with others of any gender and are being played as bisexual!!!~

Maya does well with grumpy, jaded folks who need a dose of sunshine as well as with bright and sunny folks with dark secrets. Actually she's pretty easily shippable. Mostly, i just want ships with her to be fun and a little challenging; her challenging others to live more vibrantly, and them challenging her to stop ignoring her pains.

Cater, Leona, and Ortho are all much newer voices to me, and I haven't determined exactly what kind of romances I want from them.

however, Cater loves cute girls and guys, and Leona is a sucker for cuties too. Ortho is eager to learn about everyone, but very much wants to be recognized as needed and helpful and important by his partner(s), much like Maya.

Actually all of them are very susceptible to cute femmes and cute girls especially.

NSFW relationships

Maya is a playful, curious, inexperienced-but-forward top who wants to make her bottom fall apart— or a bratty bottom who wants to tease her partner into frustration-based dominance. Probably really enjoys using toys on and with partners.

Leona is an attentive but assertive top who can take things slow, but is still bringing an intense energy. He can get a little bit feral, but prides himself on his control. He can also be a luxurious bottom, not quite a pillow princess, but definitely reveling in attention and worship...

Cater can be your devil or your angle, a true switch who's always out to get the most rewarding experience out of pleasing his partner. He's very responsive and can be a little desperate no matter which side he's on.

Fearless is a cooler top who prefers making love passionately, but as a bottom loves to be dominated and tossed around. Definitely counts as a brat.

I like writing all of them as givers of oral sex and hand-based sex. They're all good at topping from the bottom. They all respond well to praise kink, with Maya and Cater being the most open praise givers and Leona being the most complicated praise giver.

I like themes of casual & for funsies sex, hidden public sex, one getting another off while they're supposed to be doing sth else, crossdressing & or costumed sex, idiots who pretend their relationships are only physical while developing feelings, idiots who are completely fine with keeping relationships physical and not romantic, platonic sex, romantic sex. Planned stuff is cute too. PHYSICAL INFORMATION:
Fearless stands over two feet taller than he did as a human, taking on the form of an anthropomorphic red dragon, suiting his prior involvement in the Red Dragon Syndicate. He has thick, dark black, fluffy hair with a loose curl to it, the ends of which float and disappear into ethereal blue smoke. Two dragon horns on his head also disappear into that same blue smoke.

His ears have become elongated, finned, and scaled on the upper side, and scales cover his nose and upper face like a half mask. Blue scales over his eyelids, and the forehead and nose are that Martian clay red. Fearless's monolid eyes have yellow sclera and red irises, but his pupils tend to remain large and almost look lifeless, carrying a sense of darkness or hollowness. He has a strong nose, the underside of which has become black and somewhat leathery, and is a bit heart shaped. His lips are also somewhat heart shaped and fairly full, and his jaw is set squarely, the corners of it dotted with little red scales and the occasional five-o-clock shadow.

The red scales continue down Fearless's arms, back, and legs, leaving bare human skin on only his pecs, torso, inner arms, inner legs, and the underside of his tail. His legs have become like many imps; cloven-footed and digitigrade. Fearless's tail is almost as long as he is tall, and has a mane made of the same smoke that drifts from the ends of his hair and horns. Fearless's claws are large and somewhat cumbersome, shaped similarly to Blitz and other imps.

However, he has a bad temper and can reveal his street punk side very easily, and can be petulant when he doesn't want to admit he's wrong. A bit childish in many ways, as he never got to grow up. Basically, he can try to be cute and he can get away with it for a while, but eventually it will become easy to tell that he wasn't raised.

Thrall: to some capacity, he can tell where his vampiric charge is, and can share memories and thoughts with her. Because he is connected to her, Seras's presence can make him feel better, and swapping fluids with her can heal his wounds much more quickly.

PHYSICAL INFORMATION:
Rageons are referred to by the trolls of their canon as Vinyl Giants. Velvet is a vinyl doll with no bones. She is at least six feet tall, not counting the platforms. She is incredibly bendy and not much is known about her inner workings, but she and other Rageons eat almost exclusively sweets. Her irises are flat, as though painted onto a ball, rather than having a fluid-filled cornea. She can fully rotate her limbs, neck, and waist with no damage like all Rageons, and can loop and twist her limbs together without tangling. Rageon faces, hands, and feet are incredibly squishy and capable of being forced through very small holes, which is generally how they dress themselves in their toy-like outfits.

MENTAL INFORMATION:
Velvet gives the impression of flawless overconfidence, and is self-absorbed. She has the aura of a Diva, and seems to have that teenage feeling of being on stage at all times. However, she can also be impatient, irrational, and forceful. She has an addictive personality and an insatiable craving for fame.
She uses this to hide her insecurities, never seeming to be satisfied by her talents even when she's stealing them from the most talented creature in her world. Velvet wishes to make it impossible for people to judge her or make her do work that she doesn't want to do, and seems to be lazy as a result, but often ends up doing more work for her harebrained scheme. She seems to lack recognition for smaller species of beings as having personhood equal to that of Rageons, treating Trolls more like they're magical little animals than sapient beings.

OPT OUT;

UNWANTED SCENARIOS: My goal is to make Velvet a little worse and then a bit better. I'm open to pretty much anything (really) that makes sense, but only if it's also withing the realm of what Veneer's player is also comfortable with.
ADDITIONAL PERMISSIONS:
Velvet is not truly nice. She is self-obsessed and insecure, and part of her learning arc will be about actually considering other people's feelings instead of her perceptions of what is best. Though she can be polite and overly pleasant, the high likelihood is that most of her CR will be negative in some way. If this is an issue for you, please let me know and I will make sure to avoid tagging your character with her.

DREAMWORKS TROLLS JAMJAR/AU MEME

Kind of a Micro meme.

In a world where scrapbooking is high art, leaves are felted, deserts are made of glitter, and the wild west is a quilt, it may be easy to assume that everything's sunshine and rainbows. But certain inhabitants of this world face some very real dangers— after all, everything looks like giants when you're toy-sized!

It's pretty self-aware and there's not many rules, so don't sweat the small stuff and focus on having un with it.

WHAT'S IT ABOUT?

Think about that trolls toy trend from back in the day. Those plastic................ beings with the neon hair and gem belly-buttons derived from Nordic folkore. Now stop thinking about that, and just imagine a bunch of 6-inch (including the hair!) colorful little dudes with big hair and the power of music, but forever let the memory of those older ones haunt the back of your mind. Also, it used to be about vore. Yay!

Now it involves tons of those little guys all representing different genres of music, as well as a whole host of other toy-like creatures.

WHAT DO WE DO ON THIS MEME?

Here we're going to pretend we're playing in either a jamjar or AU setting— so make sure to mark in your comment what you're open to. You can try scenarios where your character has shown up with a bunch of others and been turned into Something from the Trolls world. Or, you can just play a character from Dreamworks Trolls. I'm not your dad.

WHO CAN WE PLAY?

I'm still not your dad, and you can come up with any kind of little troll creature you want. There's talking clouds and fruit people out there. I'm not gonna tell you you're wrong for whatever kind of thing you wanna play.

But, here's the biggest recognized Peoples of the world the Trolls inhabit, just as a starting point.

TROLLS: These 6-inch-tall pals are the happiest creatures on the planet! Don't ask which planet! While many have very specific powers relating to their true colors (similar to a Cutie Mark in MLP), almost every troll has the power of music and happiness. They can sing and/or play almost any instrument they try, project their voices to a concert standard, and when enough of them come together, they can even change the environment around them with the power of their music!
They're culturally diverse, with different morphs corresponding to varieties of music. There are the long-necked Funk trolls, cherubic classical trolls, mermaidly Techno trolls, centaur Country Trolls, imp-like Rock Trolls... and that's not even counting other genres!

Though most Pop Trolls have lived in a pretty isolated little village for the last 20 years, the rest of the world is well-inhabited by other kinds of trolls.

BERGENS: Once feared giants and enemies of the trolls who believed the only way they could experience happiness was to eat trolls, now they're just kind of chill and ready to party. Though they may be the ugliest residents in the world, they're quickly rivaling the joy trolls experience— just because they're all so glad to freely experience joy for the first times in their lives! Bergens can find joy even in the dingy, and live together harmoniously with trolls in the Bergen Kingdom. They're about the size of a human, unless you happen to be extra short, like the current king and queen. They're into tacky 70s clothing, junk food, and a good night at the roller rink.

RAGEONS: Appear to be the descendants of Betty Spaghetty. While adult and young child Rageons exist somewhere, it seems their teenagers dominate a Gen-Z paradise called Mount Rageon where the superficial reigns supreme. These kids care most about the glitz and glamor, and their most-accomplished stars can win a prize that lets them retire in celebrity status for the rest of their days. They're narrow, noodly, and can stretch and spin and twirl unlike other creatures in the world! They also seem to have a real penchant for jumpsuits, and seem to be relatively new fans of troll musicians— and trolls are even known to listen to the hits of the biggest Rageon stars!

VACAYTIONERS: If you live to holiday, nothing can kill the vibe of these strange little muppet dudes. A bit less large than Bergens, these somewhat-kind-of-dog-like wooly welcomers look out for each other and like to make sure everyone around them is having a wonderful time. They move just like marionette puppets, and their iconic mouths are much too large to be ignored. Luckily, they seem to be good friends of the much smaller trolls, and are uninterested in eating them!

Once again, I'm not your dad! You can bring humans into this world, or make up some new little monster, or do a crossover of some sort! The world is your candy-coated oyster.

WHERE DO WE GO?

The world the trolls live in is expansive to say the least, and it's... really weird. There's a lot of locations in the TV series and they're probably all listed on the trolls wiki but let's have a sampling of some of the places that are just in the movies because shit's easier when it's less complicated.

THE WORLD AT LARGE: It's important to note that most of the world is made of craft materials and toys. There are jungles made of pool noodles and canyons made of stacked quilts. Some rivers are made of glossy, shiny fabric while some waterfalls may simply be made of iridescent streamers, and yet still that ocean wave rising over the horizon might actually be made of orbeez.

(Pop) Troll Village: A quaint little village where most of the Pop trolls live. It's outside of Bergen Town, in a forest where everything is made of felt. Or hair. Or wool. You get the idea. Pop trolls live solo, in pairs, or family groups in little hair pods that are made out of just as much hair as almost everything else in the world. Most of their other structures are open-air and community-access, with leaders often giving public address from atop ornately-colored mushrooms. At night, the environment itself lights up for their parties, and so do their hair pods! And boy, do Pop Trolls love to party. Well, all trolls like to party.

Lonesome Flats: The wild west... south... southwest....
of the land of Trolls, Lonesome Flats rests on a canyon made of quilts. They raise... some kind of cattle... on the plains outside the desert. The locals love country music, especially the emotional stuff— oh and also for some reason, they're centaurs. They've got cute little horse butts!

HUG TIME!: That's right. Pop trolls have several times of the day set aside just for Hug Time, the time of the day when the nearest Everyone gives each other a hug. Yes, Everyone. Even the grumpiest of trolls are expected to participate, so don't think you'll get out of it just cos you're not a troll.

PRE-REFORMATION: Until Poppy changed the game for everyone, Bergens who could get their hands on a troll would want to eat them! The Bergen world isn't made for Trolls, but Trolls are made to get around! use your new abilities to traverse this oversized house or castle— or is someone much bigger than you around to help?

SWITCHERUBY: Just like in any game, the world of the Trolls is filled with magical artifacts. One such artifact is the fabled Switcheruby, which looks like any ol' valuable gem! But if you and someone else touch it at the same time, your consciousnesses will be swapped until you touch it again! What shenanigans will you get up to with a pal? Is it time to return this mealticket ruby back to its rightful place, or did someone gift it to YOU without telling you of its effects?

The Building

Fairly unassuming as far as store exteriors go. It's nestled on a corner just outside the heart of Bavan, where it's busy but not so busy the store gets overwhelmed. The inside is also fairly typical for a konbini (japanese convenience store) with just enough coolers to store the various drinks, snacks, and bento that need it.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

» The store magically restocks itself once an item is removed from the shelf. Therefore, it'll never be out of anything except local magazines and goods.

» Local magazines and goods are the only things that do not get magically restocked. People come in every day to refresh magazines, newspapers, and local goods that Komaeda wants to promote.

» The music in the store is a bunch of Jpop idol songs that Makoto Kikuchi had collected.

Products

8/12 is intended to be a mostly one-stop shop, much like the convenience stores in Japan. Therefore, you can find a number of things:

» Magazines and newspapers.

» Need a business shirt and tie? They've got you.

» Modern personal care items.

» Batteries, cheap flashlights, nonprescription medicines, etc.

» Common (Japanese) cooking supplies? Yep. This includes things like various sauces, curry blocks, small bags of rice, miso, etc.

» Snacks. From furikake to mix with your rice to seaweed to varying kinds of salty and sweet bags of snacks to jerky, they've got it. This includes candy, of course, including many Japanese types of candy.

» Instant noodles. All those popular instant noodles you missed from home? Yeah, they're here now.

» Onigiri and sandwiches. Salmon stuffed onigiri? Amazing. Strawberry shortcake sandwich? Hell yeah. There are a lot of varying combos to choose from, both sweet and savory.

» Bento. This could go on forever, but the gist is that it often contains varying combos of omelette, meat, pickled vegetables, rice, sauces, etc. Sushi can also be found, along with bowls of ramen, udon, or yakisoba! Among other Japanese dishes.

» There's also a place to buy things like plain hardboiled eggs, plain chicken breasts, tofu, etc. A great place to pick up a quick cheap cooking material that you need.

» Drinks! The drinks tend to be of a Japanese variety, with loads of soda, coffee, tea, sports drinks, juice, and water. It's also possible to find some of those weirder flavors like cucumber and sakura. You can get them from the drink cooler, or in the case of some sodas and juices, from a drink machine.

» You can also get alcohol, mostly Japanese varieties. Did you miss having that sake?

» By the cashier, there's a buffet type table laid out where you can pick and choose what to put in your oden, should you choose to get some.

» Also found by the cashier is a case full of a few flavors of Japanese fried chicken. Heck yeah.

Services

While the services aren't the same as they would be in Japan, Komaeda's made sure to maintain the deals Makoto began with local companies in order to be able to offer something similar:

» Package mailing. All you have to do is drop it off and 8/12 will make sure it gets to where it needs to go!

» Bill pay. You can pay your bills here and 8/12 will make sure to get them to the appropriate building. The employees will make runs daily to make sure that whatever comes in goes out to where it needs to be.

» Ticket purchasing. While limited because of the lack of technology, 8/12 carries a limited number of tickets for local shows if you're not able to make it to the box office.

» Lottery tickets. Yes, you can get your lottery fix here if you want. Get it, guys.

Required. Maya needs much more water while on land than a human, and sometimes craves saltwater. If forced to go a few days without water, she will begin to dry out and weaken. This includes the required affinity for colder weather, as the lower temperatures reduce the risk of drying out.

hunger

Required. Like all monsters, Maya requires human sustenance. Originally, Maya was only able to consume a human's energy through the kiss-to-kill method. Since joining the Fog, Maya may supplement this with consuming human meat.

gills

Required. Maya's gills are located over each side of her ribcage. When on-land the gills naturally rest in a closed position, but underwater, they flare open and reveal the inner gill shape.

scales

Required. White scales line Maya's palms and the soles of her feet, functioning to give her regularly-rubbery and slippery skin the equivalent grip power of a regular human.

fins

Required. Fins located behind the ears, on the hips, and on her land-tail. Like all mers, Maya once had fins on her forearms, but they were cut off by poachers and now only white line scars remain.

webbing

Required. White membrane joins each of Maya's fingers and toes when in land form.

water reactive

Required. When entering water past ankle depth, thrown into a puddle's worth of water, exposed to a minute of light rain or thirty seconds of heavy rain, OR splashed with the equivalent of a medium vase's worth of water (i.e. a bucket as opposed to a drinking glass), Maya's legs fuse with her land-form tail, giving her the lower half of an orca. In order to reverse this effect, she needs to be out of water for a few minutes.

Required. Enhanced senses like every monster that do not lose efficacy underwater.

bio-luminescence.

All white portions of Maya's skin produce their own natural glow. Thanks to the blessings of the Fog, so do Maya's irises, teeth, and mouth.

sharp objects

Maya has retractable claws and dense, pointed teeth like that of an orca.

blubber

Maya's protection from the cold manifests as blubber deposits. Her skin is the same as any orcas would be, and her body stores fat very effectively to insulate her.

whale tail

On land, Maya still has a diminutive dolphin tail in place of where other monsters would have tails. It is not prehensile and has limited movement due to its orientation. It is surprisingly light and squishy, feeling a bit like an inflatable pool toy, and doesn't seem to be made of anything of substance.

While Maya's voice was far from offensive as a human, it is far more attractive as a mermaid. Her alto register is a smooth, honeyed tone. However, the longer she spends talking on land, the more she'll start to sound to others as though she's speaking underwater, taking on a bubbly quality.

Like the mermaids in Disney's Peter Pan, Maya sees humans as lesser than monsters, and mermaids as the unreachable peak of monsterhood. She does not recognize this hierarchy in her mind, but her behavior is influenced by the perception. In her eyes, no trait of a mer can be seen as undesirable or visually offensive. She can become bored very easily of humans and, without realizing it, can sometimes see humans more as her pets or as animals than as people.

hoarding instinct

Maya has an inherent need to collect, and things that can be kept underwater are the most valuable in this collection. She is especially fond of pretty things and of information (usually in the form of notes). Her collection consists mostly of pearl, shell, fishbone, and hemp jewelry, metal objects that are slow to water damage, plastic toys, stones and coral, comic books, and shiny clothing.

orca disposition

Orcas are matriarchal, playful, and sometimes even trouble-causing. They have strong pod connections and defend each other, but can also be observed exhibiting a bit of bullying especially toward males, and sometimes organize attacks against humans in revenge. Maya is affected by the instincts of orcas and has a natural inclination toward being rougher with boys/masculine folks than with girls & femmes, and becomes less and less afraid of the idea of revenge as time goes on.

mermimbofication

Mermaids are often known for their carefree attitudes. Sometimes, Maya can get a bit more head-empty than usual. In more minor ways it means she might not care about little things, but the longer she stays in Ryslig the harder it is for her to be affected by some of the more horrible things. It isn't necessarily that she condones it; sometimes, the mermaid part of her just decides to stop caring about it. After all, doesn't her hair need to be brushed again?

vanity

Like many mermaid legends, Maya now highly values her appearance and believes herself and all other mers to be the most beautiful monsters, which sometimes conflicts with her more personal perception of what she finds beautiful in other monsters. This leads to contradictions where she may state, for example, that nagas and mermaids are both the most gorgeous monsters, and really believes it. She is annoyed by minor inconveniences that affect her appearance, and yet tends to believe that she'll look great wearing anything and nothing.

An optional mer ability. Maya can choose to sing in a way that causes humans and monsters (with player permission) to feel lured toward her or, if sung a specific instruction, feel compelled to follow the order.

wet & wild

Like most mers, Maya possesses the ability to conjure and manipulate water. Only water.

An optional mer ability. Maya is immune to cold.

bethan's beef

A minotaur strength power obtained from Mana. After meditating under a waterfall with a minotaur's (Bethan) hair beneath her tongue, Maya gained the same physical strength available to minotaur monsters by default.

chameleonian

A color changing power obtained from Mana. Magical chromatophores on colored portions of Maya's hair and skin can now change to mimic colors and patterns sampled from characters she meets.

marco polo

An echolocation power granted to Maya by The Fog. When singing, Maya's voice will echo back off of any living energy within a 10ft radius OR against any physical walls within that radius. She will be able to hear how close her song echoes off the physical presences around her, as well as their level of vitality, but can hear no other identifying information. Though this power allows her to hear any concealed presence, she must sing loud enough for the entire room to hear.

cartoonish mockery

An offensive audio power granted to Maya By the Fog. When Maya shouts any particular, pointed phrase, (such as "Objection", "Hold it", or "Cut it Out") it causes a visible manifestation of that phrase written aggressively in a speech bubble. Any targets within a 10ft range experience a very short, sudden sensation of having the wind blown out of them, accompanied by about 1 second of dulled hearing, giving the illusion of being hit by a wall of water. The further away a target is, the weaker the effect. The length of the phrase used does not change the effect.
